Please Support FOIAC: FOIAC is incorporated in the state of New York as an educational non-profit corporation.  FOIAC is a non-profit corporation with 501(c) 3 status as a tax-exempt charitable/educational organization.  We are having some success with supporting FOI litigation against the FBI, but getting good legal representation is expensive and we need as much support as you can manage.  In October 2003 the First Circuit Appeals Court overturned the District Court and ruled in favor of Sephton against the FBI.  It is now remanded back to the District Court.
